Anne is an expert Physiotherapist with over twenty years of experience specialising in hand and upper limb issues. With a commitment to continuous learning, she manages a complex NHS caseload while maintaining strong partnerships with leading hand and upper limb consultants in both plastic surgery and orthopaedics.

An Accredited Hand Therapist (recognised by the British Association of Hand Therapists) since 2020 and holder of the Advanced Clinical Practitioner badge from Health Education England, Anne also leads on research into outcomes after hand injury. As chair of the BAHT Education Sub-Committee, she passionately supports career progression of fellow hand therapists.

Louisa Laleye is a highly skilled physiotherapist specialising in upper limb and hand conditions. With a BSc (Hons) degree in Physiotherapy from Brunel University she brings over eighteen years of experience to her practice.

Having spent a decade at the renowned Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre in Oxford, Louisa has honed her expertise in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and now focuses on the management of upper limb and hand conditions, and delivering personalised rehabilitation plans to help her patients regain function and confidence.

As a proud member of the British Association of Hand Therapists, she is dedicated to providing evidence-based treatment in private practice in Oxford.
