At Oxford Hand Therapy, we specialise in providing expert care for hand injuries and upper limb conditions. We are two advanced physiotherapy practitioners who are dedicated to helping you regain mobility and strength in your hands, elbows, arms and shoulders.

Whether you have a sprain to your little finger, pain in your hand or wrist when you use a computer, or something more complex which is interfering with your enjoyment of life we can provide individual and expert assessment and diagnosis in hand therapy and the upper limb.
Specialised Injury Management
At Oxford Hand Therapy, we specialise in the diagnosis, and management of hand and upper limb injuries, from sprains and bumps to more complex elbow and shoulder injuries (including thoracic outlet syndrome) and their rehabilitation. We understand that every patient is unique, which is why we create personalised treatment plans tailored to your specific needs. Our goal is to ensure optimal recovery through targeted therapies and exercises.
Individual treatment
We will develop individual treatment and management plans to ensure the optimal outcome from your problem. This may include making a splint or orthosis for your hand therapy, to support your function or reduce your pain, alongside exercises and education to ensure optimal recovery of function and mobility.
